1. Booking Policy All bookings are non-refundable. However, we understand plans change—bookings can be moved to a different date or venue, subject to availability. 2. Ticket Transfers Tickets are transferable to friends or family, but please let us know in advance so we can update our guest list. 5. Behaviour & Safety Tracks & Toys is a family-friendly space. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests who disrupt the experience for others. 6. Photography & Media We may capture photos or videos during events for promotional use.
